Hometown: Panguru, New Zealand & Penrith, Sydney Australia
Fitness Background: I received all of my training from Professional fighter Damion Waenga & Tama Tehuna. I’ve taught Boxing and Kickboxing for 5-6 years and trained for almost 15.
Career: I’m currently working with Solar energy at the moment but hope to re-pursue my fighting career starting next year.
Favorite Brave Move: Jose’s hip rotation stretch, especially when he tells us to not stare into each other’s eyes. (The eyes never lie chicho).
Favorite Food: Chocolate and I plan on dying via chocolate overload or what ever doctors call it.
I coach because: To be honest I spent a lot of time thinking of a proper answer to this question. Simply, I love fighting in general and I’m just trying to make other people love it too.

Career: Former chef, Medical Massage therapist, personal trainer, nutritionist.
Favorite food: Favorite type has to be italiano (and persian food)
Favorite Brave Move: Doing burpees with “All I want for Christmas is you”
I coach because: I want to distribute my energy, positivity and my knowledge to others for a better health and I want to be the support for others while they’re on the journey of their own braveness and happiness.
